We went with some friends to see the green house

all lit up for Christmas

Sorry the lighting was hard for pictures

they had 30,000 lights on all the plants, it really was beautiful

a wonderful Christmas treat !

Wow November 2010

Love to see all the colors the trees turn in the Fall

This tree is across the street from us and we can watch it

change color out our front window

I got up to this beautiful sky one morning and just had to take

these pictures

Weather has turned really cold this November

as the Sun was coming up it warmed the fence up and

made it look like steam coming from the fence

This is the Snowiest November since they have been recording

weather in Spokane. We had almost 27 inches in the month

this is one of the projects we have been

putting off since we bought the house last Summer

but the garage is overflowing and we need the shed

really excited to move the mowers (3) out of the garage

Gary and Steve started the flooring

Then everyone else came to help

we really are thankful for all the help they give us

Well it is looking good and this is the way it will stay for awhile

the weather is getting way to cold to get the paint on

so that will be a job for Spring

We will cut out flower beds and plant some things in the Spring

we also want to add some shingles under the front peak and under the window

Fall is Football Season

she is the only girl on the team and that doesn't bother

her a bit, she loves the game

Fall 2010

Well it is Fall in the Northwest and as much as I don't like to

see Summer come to an end I do like all the colors that come

out in the Fall

This is our Garden

The tomato plants grew 5 feet tall

and produced lots of fruit, we really enjoyed

the little garden bed. The dogs loved the tomatoes too

what a blessing they are to us

Camping at Riley Creek

Gary and I took off on a camping trip this week to Riley Creek Campground

it is on the Pend Oreille river half way between Sand point and Priest River Idaho

This was the first time we were able to get in here and after spending two nights

I see why it is so hard to get a spot

It was beautiful

These first pictures are the blessings you get when you get up early in the morning!

I took the dogs out for a walk and the sun was just coming up over the mountains

the mist was still on the lake, such a special time of day

I came down the the beach with my camera and saw this
